You are always welcome to return or exchange the products purchased at Orange City Business Group.

Conditions for Return:

  • If you want to return the product then only replacement is possible under damage or faulty product as we are not to provide any kind of refund under such circumstances. Freight charges are to be borne by the customer.

  • We recommend adding a tracking number or delivery confirmation with your shipment to ensure your return is received (highly recommended for International returns).

  • Always take video while opening parcel, which will be consider as proof. Without video of opening parcel return or refund will not be consider. Parcel opening video must be continuous without any pause, cut, paste or any editing.

  • Claim your return within 24 hours of receiving parcel.

  • Refund will be process after we receive the product back in genuine condition.

  • Refund will be initiated only if product is not used.

  • Refund process depends on Banking TAT.

  • Customer have to bear Courier charge for returning the product.

  • In case you have purchased a product with which a free product is delivered or loyalty points received, and you want to return main product, you will have to return the free product or loyalty points also. Complete product need to return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, parcel opening video​. Please contact our support team via care@orangecity.net.in for more information.

If we repeatedly provide replacement and the result is same then refund will be processed deducting the shipping charges of all the replacements provided.

We understand our policies are strict. We have faced multiple fraudulent activity from customers priorly. We will try to provide you best service and easy returns to enhance your experience.

Regarding Products

Products shown on our site are sold by different sellers of our country India. Some products are sold directly from us, some products are directly from manufucturer. We are wholesaler for some products.

Cancelled Orders

All the details will be check & if found correct, money will be refunded to the same bank A/C or Credit Card used for transaction. Refund will be process depending on bank policies. Refund can be take 7 banking working days. 4% (+18% GST) of amount will be deducted while crediting to customer as bank charges.

Refund Conditions

You have 24 hours to decide if an item is right for you. After 24 hours of delivery of parcel, no refund or exchange is allowed. The items must be returned to Address mentioned on invoice in proper condition and in manufacturer’s packaging unless returned as faulty or damaged. 4% (+18% GST) of amount will be deducted while crediting to customer as bank charges.​

Refund Options

We offer several methods of compensation for a returned item if the product is undamaged and the package is in proper condition:

  • Replacement: We will replace the item with another one.

  • Gift Card / Loyalty Points: We will give a Gift Card/ Loyalty Points equal to the cost of the item to be used on our Site with another purchase.

Although you are free to choose preferred compensation, we reserve the right to change the list of available compensation options depending on the items returned, customer location, banking peculiarities, or other reasons creating difficulties or inconveniences whether for Orange City Business Group or for customers.

How to Return a Purchased Item

Drop mail to us with the details, the product you are returning, the reason for the return, and if you are waiting for a refund or an exchange. If you do not mention your order number, we won’t be able to process your return.

Repackage the item in the original box and packaging.

Take your parcel to any Post Office and obtain proof of postage for the tracking number – this will speed up the process and will legitimize that your parcel is on its way back to us.

The shipping cost for the returned items is paid by you. We will compensate the shipping charges in case of returning damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.

What Happens Next

We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and processed your return.

  • A returned item will be inspected upon arrival.

  • If the condition of an item has been returned in is inappropriate (e.g. tags have been removed or there are signs of wear) and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return and we may have to send it back to you.

  • If the condition of a returned item is appropriate, you will receive replacement / compensation as soon as possible depending on the payment method you used for purchasing the returned item.

  • If you paid by credit/debit card, we will refund the balance of your credit/debit card.

  • If you use a Gift card/Loyalty Points to purchase the returned item, we will refund the paid money to the balance with a new Gift card as, due to our internal rules, any Gift card can’t be used twice or more time.

Returning a Damaged or Faulty Item

We are sorry that you received a damaged or faulty item.

Returning an Incorrect Item

If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send it back to us, and once inspected, we'll replace you as soon as it's arrived back at our warehouse.
